— Lead and manage infrastructure projects with a focus on low-latency networking and cloud optimization;

— Work closely with trading teams, IT operations, and vendors to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables;

— Oversee project timelines, cost estimations, vendor negotiations, and implementation strategies;

— Coordinate with external service providers to evaluate and implement the best connectivity solutions for trading teams;

— Ensure smooth deployment of networking and cloud infrastructure solutions, optimizing connectivity across multiple geographic locations;

— Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and insights to support decision-making;

— Conduct market research on new networking technologies and cloud solutions to improve system performance;

— Manage internal and external communications to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment.

— 2+ years of experience in network engineering, telecom or cloud infrastructure with a strong interest in project management;

— Hands-on experience with networking technologies, low-latency solutions, and cloud providers (AWS, Alicloud, or similar);

— Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, experience collaborating with telecom providers, brokers, and infrastructure vendors;

— Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment;

— Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for seamless communication with global stakeholders; Russian language proficiency is a plus;

— Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Associate, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus;

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
